Ashtar Antoine
Ashtar joins the Council with over 25 years of experience across Finance, Transformation and Operations in a variety of global organisations such as HSBC, Tesco, PwC and Diebold Nexdorf.
Until June 2024, Ashtar was Head of Transformation and Operations at Diebold Nixdorf where she introduced a Transformation Framework to support critical transformation initiatives for the company. Ashtar also led the Indirect Procurement function where she delivered sustainable transformation within the Function through a variety of programmes including the Global Location Strategy, introducing Global CoEs for fleet and facility management and driving changes to the Stock management and purchasing process.
Ashtar now provides consulting services to companies and individuals who need help to design and deliver effective transformation initiatives. Alongside other non-executive activities, including being a governor of a local secondary school (which is one of the top ten state schools in the country) and chairing the PTA at the school generating over £50k per annum to support the school and its students.
Ashtar is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales.
