A new version of Sussex Mobile will be pushed out to all students and staff on Tuesday 27 May 2025.
This new version will feature some additional features, better security and a more modern feel.
The upgrade window is 8am to 11am BST and you may experience an interruption in service during this time which will require you to log back in to the app.
Both the app version and of Sussex Mobile will be impacted by this upgrade.
The new features include
- Single sign on via Okta login
- More modern feel, with improved timetable and map navigation
- Information about your Canvas and Library account displayed directly in the app
- Improved attendance recording (more details and updated guidance coming soon)
We will remind all users of the app via a push notification before the upgrade starts.

The new version of Sussex Mobile is now available and you should have automatically been upgraded.
You may have received an email from clarivate (campusm_do_not_reply@clarivate.com) about verifying your email. You can ignore this email.
We are now using Okta to authenticate which has improved security.
